ON-SITE Winemaking Guarantee
If you make your wine on-site with us and you are not 100% happy, we will make you another batch of similar value, or we will refund your money. We simply ask you do two things:
- Let the wine age at least one month in the bottles before bringing it in.
- Bring in a sample (a bottle or similar) for analysis to the store.
AT-HOME Winemaking Guarantee
Even if you make your wine at home, we will honor our 100% guarantee. If you are not 100% happy with your wine, we will replace your kit with one of similar value, or we will refund your money. We simply ask you do 3 things:
- Save the code numbers on the top of the box. (They peel off).
- Follow the instructions.
- Let the wine age at least one month in the bottles before bringing it in..
