ON-SITE Winemaking Guarantee
If you make your wine on-site with us and you are not 100% satisfied, we will make you another batch of similar value or refund your money. We simply ask that you do two things:
- Let the wine age for at least one month after bottling.
- Bring a sample of the wine to the store for us to review.
AT-HOME Winemaking Guarantee
If you make your wine at home and are not 100% satisfied, we will replace your kit with one of similar value or refund your money. We simply ask that you do three things:
- Save the code numbers from the top of the box.
- Follow the Winexpert instructions.
- Let the wine age for at least one month after bottling before bringing a sample to the store.
